Fred obtained a BA in Chemistry from Duke University in 1989 and his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law in 1992. Fred practiced in the litigation department of Holland & Knight LLP for over 26 years before joining Bishop Page & Mills, PLLC in 2023.
